- $50.00 For Each Additional Person (4 persons max allowed in this room)

- Single Occupancy–$165.00
- Double Occupancy–$185.00 (2 persons max allowed in this room)

Room #3–The Blue Room AND Room #4–The Green Room
- Single Occupancy–$150.00
- Double Occupancy–$170.00 (Two person max allowed per room)

Room #5–The Ocean Room
- Single Occupancy–$150.00
- Double Occupancy–$170.00
- $50.00 For Each Additional Person (Room 5 has a 3 person max allowed)

Sales Tax:
- Sales tax is NOT included in the quoted room rates. The local sales tax is a sales/bed tax of 11%.
Discounts:
- Discounts are available for active duty military. Also available for multiple night stays of 5 or more nights.
Policies
- Full Refund if cancelled up to 14 days in advance of reservation.
- 50% Refund if cancelled 14 to 7 days in advance of reservation.
- Non-Refundable if cancelled less than 7 days in advance of reservation.
- No Pets.
- No Smoking.
- No Daily Cleaning
- Guest are responsible for any damage.
- Check in time is 3:00 PM.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM.
EXCEPTION:
- Reservations made during the following events there will be NO REFUNDS unless we can re-book the space. Also No active military discount and/or multiple night discount will be given during these special event dates.
- Great Alaska Craft Beer and Homebrew Festival (May)
- Kluane to Chilkat Bike Relay (June)
- Southeast Alaska State Fair (July)

- Is available for all our guest–please contact host for password.
